- There isn’t any data collected on our behalf. We do monitor behaviour and access for security reasons.
- We store anything sent and replied with the purpose of analysis by the project owner (in other words, we ourselves do nothing with this interaction data). We also register statistical information like the number of messages being sent etc…
- No there isn’t
- Not yet, we are adding 2 features: auto expire (data will be removed after number of days, weeks you can configure on a project level) and manual deletion of interaction data
- Project members and we have a list of employees on our end that have access for maintenance purposes (please reach out for clarification)
We are working hard to guarantee GDPR compliance with both a lawyer and some of our customers (large financial institutions from the Netherlands).
